The way we operate our inspection trips are as follows, we ask our clients to book there flights online with British Airways

Once the flights are booked we can arrange for transfers from Varna international airport and three nights accommodation, the cost of transfers and accommodation is 100 pounds for two people sharing a hotel room.
The 100 pounds will be refunded should you reserve one our properties.
We will also refund one flight ticket up to 250 pounds
Our inspection trips are once per week leaving on Thursday nights from London Gatwick.

Time table of your stay in Bulgaria
Day 1
Picked up at the airport by one of our sales executives and transferred to a hotel in Sunny Beach.
Day 2
You will be met at your hotel by one of our sales executives between 11.00 am and 12.00 pm.
You will be taken to one of our offices to discuss what type of property you are looking for and the price range you are working with.
We will take you on your viewing trip to show you all the properties which are of interest to you.
Day 3
Visit more properties of your choice, or revisit developments already viewed. and visit the lawyers office.
Day 4
Picked up from your accommodation by one of our sales executives and transferred to the airport for your flight home.
Please note if you have paid a reservation fee on one of our properties before traveling to Bulgaria you will only pay for your flights, transfers and three or four nights accommodation based on two adults sharing one hotel room will be free of charge
Option 2
If the client wishes to arrange there own flights with a different airline, We can arrange transfers and three or four nights accommodation for 130 pounds based on two people sharing a hotel room.
The £130 pounds will be refunded should you reserve one our properties.
